Nose: Ripe blackberry, cassis, black fruit and violet, spice of pepper,
liquorice, nicely weighted by smoke & creamy oak.
Palate: Full bodied in sytle with balance acidity. Rich and beautiful
ripe black & red fruit flavour, dark chocolate, black pepper with
mocha & oak smoke. Smooth tannis, medium length after taste.
Foods: BBQ, roast, steak & lamb chop.
