Taste Note -
Colour: Deep garnet red with flashes of brilliant purple tints.
Nose: The taste evokes ripe strawberries, raspberry jelly candies with
spice pepper fragrance.
Palate: Light to medium bodied with crisp acid finish. Cranberry, dry plum
and slighty white pepper. Soft tannins give gentle firm and rich aftertaste.
Suggest to drink after 10 minutes of bottle opened. Passionate South France
Languedoc Roussillon style of red wine !
Foods: Good for pairing with light meal, pizza or appetizer.
