Palate: Light to medium bodied with refresh & lively acid finish.
Citrus, lime, green olive etc fruity after taste.
Mediterranean style of white wine ! Good to drink for 8-10 degree in chill.
Foods: Good for pairing with steam fish seafood, corbicula pasta with cheese sauce,
deep fry squid rings as appetizer.
